The purpose of processing your personal data is because you have asked for a service provided by Aspire2 neuro physiotherapy, so that you can enter a contract.

What we do with the information and how we store your information

We may need to share your data externally with GP’s, Consultants, Physiotherapists, Case Managers, Solicitors and other health care professionals in order to keep them updated of your treatment with us.

We do not share any information outside the EU

Aspire2 Neurophysiotherapy will under no circumstances give access to your information to any third party for any purpose, either commercial or otherwise. If you have given consent to the use of your data and you subsequently change your mind you can stop our storage of your contact information by calling us or sending an e-mail (contact details at top of page).

We store personal information on secure cloud-based servers that are managed by us, and occasionally hard copy files that are kept in a secure location. Personal information that we store or transmit is protected by security and access controls, including two-factor authentication, and data encryption where appropriate.

You also have several rights with regard to data that we hold about you. For example, you can request access to your data, and require that we rectify it or erase it. We will consider your requests fully. However, this does not mean we will automatically agree to your request, as we may have other obligations that outweigh your rights, e.g. we may be required to legally defend our activities.

We retain data for a number of reasons and will only keep it for as long as is necessary. Time limits imposed on us are due to our statutory obligations.

-Financial data must be kept for 6 years

-Client records (adults) must be kept for 8 years after conclusion of treatment or death.
