Aspire2 Neurophysiotherapy Terms and Conditions



Data Protection

All information disclosed to Aspire2 NeuroPhysiotherapy will be confidential and kept securely in an encrypted drive and not disclosed unless we are obligated to by a public or governmental body. We keep personal information for communication with clients, to maintain our accounts and medical records in accordance with our professional standards. To ensure that your records are secure we would not share your notes or reports via non encrypted email. Non confidential or sensitive information can be communicated between you and Aspire2 NeuroPhysiotherapy via secure email and we will keep a record of your email address for this purpose.

Professional Registration

Physiotherapists involved in your assessment and treatment will be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and be members of the Charterd Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). All Physiotherapists will be fully insured and have professional indemnity insurance.

Personal Payment

Payment should be made within seven days of assessment/treatment. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer.

Cancellations

We appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled at short notice. In order to keep our service as efficient as possible we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. If there are multiple late cancellations of appointments, we may charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please email aspire2neurophysio@gmail.com or phone your therapist directly.

Consent

Following the assessment and on subsequent home visits your physiotherapist will discuss treatment options including their benefits, risk and side effects. You reserve the right to decline physiotherapy treatment at any point. We may suggest taking photographs or videos to help our assessment or treatment. These will be kept securely under the rules of Data Protection and your consent will be obtained accordingly. Your therapist may need to share information with others directly involved in the care of yourself or the person you are signing on behalf of. This may be reports for other health professionals to guide their care or for referrals on to other medical professionals. We will ask for your consent before we share information.

Complaints

Aspire2 NeuroPhysiotherapy are committed to providing you with a high-quality service. However, if you have a complaint please where possible try speaking to us in the first instance or email us at aspire2neurophysio@gmail.com. Complaints will have a written response within seven working days explaining the situation and any proposed action.
